About Michelle H. Fields

Michelle Hanna Fields is a John Maxwell Certified Consultant in training, speaker, and leadership coach with more than 27 years of professional experience in corporate technology, nonprofit leadership, and organizational development.

After a successful career as a mainframe computer programmer for a global payment processing company, Michelle transitioned into leadership coaching and speaking—bringing real-world insight, practical application, and a people-centered approach to growth and development.

In addition to her Maxwell certification, Michelle has served in executive and board leadership roles within large nonprofit organizations at both the local and state levels. These experiences shape her collaborative leadership style and her passion for helping individuals and teams grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Michelle works with individuals, teams, churches, nonprofits, and organizations seeking intentional growth through proven leadership principles and actionable strategies.
