When I was curling my hair and wearing heels and s

When I was curling my hair and wearing heels and suits to work, I used to dream of wearing a hat to work 😂 and now I get to do that every day if I want! And some days I even start my work day in my pajamas because I can. Thats not even the best part of what I get to do!!

One of my favorite parts about what I do is helping people feel good in their body, reach goals they never thought possible, which brings their self- esteem and self-respect to a higher level. My clients learn things about themselves along the process and learn how to get off the yo-yo cycle of losing and gaining weight. It’s lifelong transformation. They no longer look in the mirror and sigh, but rejoice at how they feel and look!!!

I also love helping people help other people and at the same time, it fuels their dreams and gives them options for a different way of living. Maybe it’s just giving them some breathing room in this economy of inflation or maybe it’s allowing them to say YES when their kids want to go to Six Flags on the weekend.
