This is our lesson for this week in the Bible study I’m leading at my house and work. We all have moments of not being OK and we need to realize that we aren’t the only one who feels that way. The problem comes when we stay that way. Don’t stay in your “Not OK” place. Seek God, allow His peace to wash over you, give Him your burden, and take up your cross and follow Him. Sometimes He will lead you to a place of rest by the still waters and other times He leads you into a fierce battle where your faith is tested and built up, but wherever He leads, you can rest assured that He will be right there with you. The choice is yours! Will you wallow in your state of Not OK or will you get up and get moving??
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
